TRADE CONCIERGE · NEW YORK · EU ⇄ US

Your private trade desk in New York.

Aegis Club is a Trade Concierge for European companies building business in the United States. We combine market intelligence with on-the-ground execution: the right buyers, the right rooms, the right timing.

THE PROBLEM

The US market rewards presence, not just good product.

European manufacturers win on quality, heritage, and reliability. Yet many still enter the US the same way: a trade show, a stack of business cards, and silence afterwards.

The gap is rarely the product. It's knowing which buyers matter, how they buy, when they're in town, and who follows up once the booth comes down.

No access.

US buyers work by appointment. Without an introduction, you're a cold email.

No continuity.

A week in New York twice a year doesn't build a relationship.

No local read.

Tariffs, compliance, and channel dynamics shift faster than they can be tracked from Europe.

WHAT AEGIS CLUB IS

A private trade agency, built around your company.

Aegis Club works like a concierge for international business. As a member, you get a dedicated team in New York that researches your market, opens doors, and manages the execution: before, during, and after every trip.

We aren't a directory, and we aren't a generalist consultancy. We are a small desk that works a short list of companies properly.

INSIGHTS

We know the floor.

At New York Home Fashions Market Week, where national US buyers meet their suppliers, Portugal has no permanent showroom presence. Buyers are actively looking for non-Asian supply, and Portuguese mills show up only in temporary hotel suites. That gap is an opportunity, and we know how to work it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Who is Aegis Club for?

European SMEs and growing companies with an export-ready product and a real intention to sell in the US. We also work with American companies looking for the best partners in Europe.

Why is membership by approval?

We keep the club intentionally small so every member gets focused research, thoughtful introductions, and consistent follow-through. Approval also helps us confirm that the timing and market fit are right.

Do you guarantee sales?

No. We cannot guarantee a sale, because buyers make the final decision. We do guarantee disciplined preparation, qualified outreach, clear reporting, and consistent follow-up.

Do I need to be in the United States?

No. Your New York team can research, prospect, and follow up while you are in Europe. When an in-person visit would help, we build the trip around confirmed business meetings.

Can I start small?

Yes. The Brief is a one-time way to test the market with tailored intelligence and a qualified prospect list before committing to ongoing membership.

Which language do you work in?

We work in English and Portuguese, and can coordinate additional language support when an engagement requires it.

Do you work with American companies?

Yes. We help US companies identify and assess manufacturers, suppliers, and commercial partners in Europe through engagements shaped case by case.
